Handling time
Physical orders are typically prepared and dispatched within two (2) business days of payment. During holidays or unusually busy periods we may need a little longer; when that happens we'll post a notice on the Site in advance.
Carriers and delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS), chosen at our discretion for your order. Once a parcel is in the carrier's hands, delivery timeframes are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs and sales tax
Shipping is quoted at checkout based on your destination and the parcel. We collect and remit sales tax where required by the destination state and applicable law; any tax is also shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you have a question about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.
