Physical goods

You may request a return or replacement within fourteen (14) days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund it, your choice. Items should be returned in their original condition where a return is requested.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue (a photo helps for damaged or defective items). We'll walk you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads, where offered, are delivered immediately and are non-returnable once accessed, except where the file is defective or the law requires otherwise.

Incorrect charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can make it right.
